Customer Service Policies

Take a minute to review our customer service policies. If you have any questions that cannot be answered here, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call us directly at 614.371.7111.

Authenticity

Whitelaw Enterprises sells only 100% authentic watches. We do not claim to be an Authorized Dealer of any brand we sell; because of this we cannot advertise our watches as “brand new.” Our watches are considered used but are in perfect, never sold condition.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Retail prices shown represent the current replacement value of the item and are the manufacturer’s suggested retail price which may not reflect the actual selling price.

Warranty

We back up the quality and caliber of our watches with a strong warranty: 2 years on never sold, never worn watches and 1 year on pre-owned watches. Defects caused by owner abuse are not covered by our warranties. We gladly review our policies with you during the sales process.

Payment

We accept wire transfers and checks. Orders are shipped once all payment has cleared our bank. Sorry, at this time we do not accept credit cards.

Returns

Unworn, never previously sold watches cannot be returned. Pre-owned watches can be returned within 30 days. If you choose to return an item, please contact us. Buyers will be directed to return the item at their expense. Upon receipt we will examine the item and contact you to continue the transaction.

Shipping

We ship exclusively via FedEx Next Day for US domestic destinations and via Global Priority for international destinations. All shipments are fully insured against theft, loss or damage while in transite for the full purchase price. All shipments require an adult signature for delivery. Bill Whitelaw will discuss shipping costs with you. As soon as your package has shipped full tracking details will be emailed to you.
